You don't suck. Just because you can't do one thing doesn't mean you suck, no ones good at everything and you're new.
But you can hire people to make them for you. I made the ones in the charity and my quest thread. But the words you use are just as important and how you lay things out.

You don't suck. Just because you can't do one thing doesn't mean you suck, no ones good at everything and you're new.

Well ok, -fights urges-
Two things though, I'd get rid of the white and black list, surely white is just people who donate and black... Well that's not nice.
And the contests prizes... Don't give away what you're questing... What's the point?

those items were gifts biggrin and most people who would bump would like to be rewarded sad so i made the contest
and the people are ignoring small prizes like 10m crying so i just thought that maybe if the reward was higher some people would actually bump and try to win the prizes

So I wouldn't put those sorts of prizes up. If you want people to be interested in contests you need gold prizes like 1bil, a few mil isn't going to make much difference.
