I hate that. Though, in one of the games I used to play in highschool, when I got to a high enough level to get bored I would go to the lower level areas and help the newbs or those with low levels with quests. Even in Eldevin, if it looks like someone lower than me is having trouble I'll help them. Or if I have an abundance of a healing item I'll find a random newb to give it to.
