I got my job back but I've been having a rough time due to my car, plus it seems like a lot of my friends are dealing with tons of crap as well.
I wish things could just magically be better for us all.

Yeah.
I have to go through training again starting on the 24th, but it's cool since I only really did two days of training last week. So I never got through it all. We have to do 3 weeks of paid training and then one week of actual work, but closely supervised before they allow any of us to work on the floor alone.
On the plus side, I'm still getting paid for those two days of training. Wooooo!

My car is being stupid though. It keeps overheating.
I swear, one thing gets fixed and something else goes wrong.
Gabe is out right now to finally buy a new car for himself, but that doesn't exactly help me in my situation.
I don't know what I'm going to do without a car...

Car troubles suck. D;
I won't be making enough with my job to pay for a car AND student loans.
So I still don't have one... Gotta ride in with Chris, which would be cool if our hours were the same.
I only work 9:45-1:45 but he's got to from 8-5pm so I'll be stuck all that extra time.
Getting up at 6am for a 9:45 job. Dx

I'm a cashier at the university where Chris works. xD
I will be actively trying to switch over to the IT department with him.

I'm working in collections at a call center.
So the training mainly involves learning how to deal with having two computer screens, getting and inputting info from the people I'll be on the phone with, working with payments, blah blah...

Aww, that sucks.
I'd hate to have to wake up so early.

For now, Gabe can take me to work if my car is still acting up.
He works from 8 until 5, although he can go in at any time between 7 and 8:30 (who knew government jobs were so lax? Lol) and I have training from 8 until 4:30.
So I'll only be stuck for a half an hour after training, which is cool with me.
I was actually thinking that I may walk home after work/training. It's not thaaaat far away but it might be nice to do after sitting all day.

Also, the thing I love most about this job is that I can wear whatever I want pretty much.
My trainer from last week has already given me the nickname Dashie because I literally have a Rainbow Dash shirt for every day of the week.

Oh! That's not too bad. And 30 minutes isn't bad either.
I'll have about 5 hours to kill. And headaches every day from lack of sleep. orz;;;
I cut back my teaching hours so no one can reserve me after midnight.
But now I have 3 back to back classes today. 3 hours of teaching. emotion_donotwant
I really hate this teaching thing, but I really need money. Uuughhhh.

My dress code is "dark pants, dark shoes" and a uniform top that I don't have yet.
So for the first day she told me "if you're comfortable, then I'm comfortable".

check your coolant levels, could be a small leak or just need to be topped up
or the thermostat could be going(which is an easy and cheap fix)

and there's other problems it could be, but those are fairly common

I like the name change, it's very you lol. And that's nice to hear that at least someone I know was able to get a job. I gave up on looking for now. I can't get anything lower than a C to graduate in December so I can't get distracted with work. So what kind of jobs did you get?

Chrome kept freezing on me and even after uninstalling it, it kept acting up.
So I had to switch back to Firefox... again.
