Thanks, I didn't use the airbrush though. I used the paintbrush tool. ^^

it could be what you used to upload it. photobucket made blarb blurry too.

But you could use some hard colors and sharp edges to strengthen your pretty sketch. The sketch is spot on, so you want it defined.
I do remember it being a struggle to get that to work in gimp though, and I'm pretty impressed you used gimp for that.

lol GIMP is probably the best free software you can use. I found it ridiculously hard to layer and control in though. I think the sensitivity settings are low or something. I used it for a while.

If you want I'll let you use my key code for another program. I bought the program, so it's legal... I think....
It's called OpenCanvas. It's great for blending shading and simple-ish.

I tried photoshop too though, photoshop was confusing as hell for me. Like overly complicated mre expensive version of what I have.
