Exactly. Since there's no end to the numbers of this "super rare" we can expect to see it at roughly the same MP cost as a pair of Woodland Fawn Slippers blaugh

Considering how much of a pain in the a** it is to get through the set-up process, it may not be as common as that. It'd probably be more on par with the Red Panda Slippers.

You can only legally have your own Paypal if you are 18+. And yes, there's actually a lot of Gaians who are <18 years of age. 3nodding
I see this as a way for parents to allow their kids to learn how to be responsible with their money and for there to be parental controls, limits to spending, etc. Like if they have an allowance, for example. The parent can allow their child to use some of it for Gaia if that's what they choose to do with it. My mom did this for me when I was a teenager but I used her credit card. She'd let me spend $5 of my allowance on Gaia. /snort
