Site images had a whoopsie!

Looks like we made a mistake with managing the security certificate for the image servers. We used the ones that expire on Nov 17 instead of the ones that expire next year. sweatdrop

The issue will be fixed shortly. Sorry for the wait!

Glowing Chest of Black Friday 2k19

Good morning! At midnight, the multi-packs for Glowing Chest of Black Friday 2k19 did not properly get added into Cloud 9. They will be added into the shop at 5 AM PST!

If you already purchased 5 or more copies of Glowing Chest of Black Friday 2k19 prior to 5 AM PST you will be receiving a refund of Gaia Cash that will cover the discount offered on multi-packs, had they been available for you to purchase.

This is something that has to be done manually and may take a little bit of time. You do not need to file a ticket in the help center to receive your refunded GC. I will put out another Staff Alert when the process has been complete.

As a follow-up to our previous staff alert, all affected users have been granted cash in the form of giftcards to compensate the error!

Project Email Woe Update

Hi again!

Unfortunately the issues we're having with email are going to take a bit longer to fix than we had expected!

We will be keeping mocks and feedback moving through PMs from [NPC] Riko, so please keep an eye out! Riko will only be used for:
- Sending Out Mocks
- Taking Feedback on Mocks
- Issues with your granted items (If you've emailed about this already I will PM you after I read the email!)

As a reminder, please do not reach out to staff members with questions about Project Recolor or Custom through PM. Please keep your emails coming in and as soon as they can be answered they will be! The only things we will be handling via PMs will be what we reach out about.

We will try to keep you all updated on the situation!
