What makes you think that?

The whole item isn't recolored. Only a certain number of the poses are. Which wasn't that in the rules of the rainbow ticket? That you only get a certain number, and you can pick which poses if the item you want go's over it.

The bottle item came out as the first EI in 07. So no, it was not a user designed item.

Actually it is. I got Faust's bottle recoloured, not the EI, hence following the rules.

Are the "Stellar" items even a popular item still? I never see people using them. Why keep recoloring the same item if no one appreciates it?

I use them from time to time. In fact, I'd like to use the umbrella from Stellar Wave to complete my lolita avatar look, but it's way out of my range.
