if it isnt then it should be its just as distracting as texting and chating on the phone while driving reading while driving getting a blow job while driving (yes there was a case of this that was seen by my highschool bus driver XD )

I agree with Fuji... video games while driving is as bad as texting while driving... I'm not sure if there's a specific law against it but I'm sure the cops could stop you for it and ticket you.

some states and towns have a law against it if you are caught driving while texting you get a large fine.
there is even places where if you are caught texting while walking on the streets you are hit with a fine as well.
