thanks, but that's a really, really, really old pic. Definitely at least 10 years old, though I'm sure its older than that. Maybe 12-14 years old.

all I remember is that she lives in Crystal Tokyo, her mother is American, her father Japanese, her parents are divorced, her mother is a CEO and she stays with her (although she rarely sees her mother) her civilian name is Seishi Shinsei (I think, pretty sure her given name is Seishi), she's black, her civilian form is significantly younger than her senshi form, and she was awakened by Sailor Saturn herself

I don't even remember what her weapon was, but likely it was a polearm type, maybe a scythe but I don't remember T^T
