Well I personally like tattoos, I'm planning a getting a few. However is Joe McQuick who had a bazillion tattoos ran for president, vs SpicnSpiffy Jr, I'd probably vote for the 2nd in a pinch decision.

It all has to do with the public's perception of people with tattoos.

As long as they aren't visible I doubt anyone would care. But it's not just the public's view of tattoos, it's other populations and world leaders as well. The president would represent us all to the world and some places have a very deep founded taboo on tattoos. For religious reasons or their preferred use by criminal elements meaning criminal ties and loyalty.

I'm looking, and it still doesn't settle why you claimed your opinion to not be an opinion and a general thought that should be indicative of a specific population of people with tattoos.

I'm guessing as to why people dislike tattoos because I don't know for sure. I can't be certain of other peoples' opinions, so I do not claim that this is fact.

Eh, I know tons of staffers and aides and such to various political figures who have tattoos. They were just smart enough to get them where you can't see them. I have one which stops well above my elbow so no one can see it, even if I wear short sleeves.

Because there is a tendency that people with tattoos are not as well off as a person without tattoos. There is many exceptions though.
