was the towny hat connected to that last user event where there was something about getting assigned to a town? I missed it because I figured it would start when the jumpstart thing ended like the previous events but nope...it was at the same time as the jumpstart.

I have no clue what the lunar one is... I don't think I have it so no clue where it could be from.
