There are a few good articles on the internet and easy how tos.
Yeah, that's why almost every culture in US or in every state has something in common.

Basic tactics really no longer work. I need professional help at this point. I mean, gosh, I've had sleep problems before, but never as bad as this. I've slept on and off tonight but, well... mainly "off." gonk

I don't know if I'll have the vitality of my grandmother - she was pretty athletic and stuff when she was my age, after all. But she did become an engineer, so clearly geekiness runs in the family. xd

I know, but you could try like a possible intervention just to alleviate your problem with sleep. Yeah you woke up pretty early again!

I heart you guys. You're lucky Hanny stopped me from donating again. mad Next time, though...

I used to have a good habit of taking afternoon naps and still sleeping at night, when I was younger. It was pretty nice. Now if I take long naps I can't sleep. And yet I stayed up for 24 hours straight and still couldn't sleep, so I don't think that's the problem. Also, I'm condensing our two conversations into one post right... meow. cat_xd

I went to bed earlier, slept for less than two hours, woke up for a little while, went back to bed and slept for two more hours. Didn't work out so well, clearly. Probably going to bed soon. I was doing my daily exercises and meditation just now and obviously I'm slightly sleepier as a result. xd

They're smart but also kind of folksy and pretty kind-hearted. I think I place more emphasis (and pride) on the last one than anything else. heart
