@shadi: I once saw a dog on TV whose back legs didn't work. I saw a couple actually; one who walked by just balancing on his front legs as if he was a human walking on their hands, holding his back legs in the air. The other one had a little cart strapped to his back end, so his rear legs were sitting on the wheeled cart and he propelled himself with his front legs.
