I made the mistake of trying to go shopping at walmart today. I didn't realize it's the tax free weekend, plus, as you said, First of the month, and it's friday. And the third is on sunday, so people who get their money on the third got it today too. The only parking was at the furthest corners...and the madness...I got a ugly look cause I took the last hand basket near the entrance. Mind you, a stack of them were maybe five steps away by the registers. I guess that was too inconvenient for them?
