Its because their person in charge became a Babi Ngepet (spirit thing from "DreadOut" that sold themselves for greed)

They don't announce the forum for days after it launches, numerous other kick-starters have come and gone, overshadowing this little event and honestly it feels a little forgotten. I was really hoping the beach party we BOUGHT would have been treated a little more respectable like.

no kidding my first clue to this was when I saw a NPC friend active.
