Sir Richard W. Lockheart
- Standing at the water's edge was a large, dark brown stallion standing beside the lake. Outfitted with a worn out saddle, reins, and wolf hide sack it carried a middle-aged man on its back. The man was barely able to stay sitting upright on the saddle, long strands of raven black hair concealed a look of pain and weariness in his aqua eyes. A dark blue cloak was tucked snug around his body to keep off some of the wintery chill - though he still felt the shivers under the cloak and armor which he wore beneath the blue fabric. This man was not just a simple traveler but a knight.
Without warning the stallion spooked upon seeing the blue-green dragon fly overhead. A piercing wail amongst the cries of scared people nearby echoed out in fright. Suddenly it reared up on its hind legs, throwing its master to the ground before running away from the lake. Sir Richard had no time to realize what just happened. All he knew was that his body collided with the snowy ground and left him breathless for a moment. Gasping he cradled his left side with his right hand and slowly tried to sit up. "What in... great heaven's name-?" Richard's blurred vision caught a glimpse of the dragon's (Isabelle's) shadow swooping across the snow.
