I've been looking everywhere trying to find out what the border on this avatar is-- it looks a lot like a CRPG GUI and I need it in my life!

SDPlus Aeolus the Hero! The background can be replaced by equipping a different background with it. The Gamer series has a similar pose and is currently available in all of its recolors, but in my opinion the SDPlus has the better GUI pose.
