I'm loving the pose here! Seriously: the wings, the legs, how your avi holds the sword: very well done!
I'm not getting Golden Devilina (Undergarments) though... They show a tail that does not quite fit in.
May I suggest Sovereign Commander for the eyes instead of Excellent Commander? You could use the touch of red in the face ;

May be a WIP but it's already pretty damn awesome!
And rare of me to say this but the face is not working (in my personal opinion).
Are you aiming for more of the elegant geisha or a darker creepy version?
The cheeks scare me slightly.
On the other hand, you've done a wonderful job keeping a consistent theme.
Perhaps try gold eyes with red makeup?
It would look more dramatic but it might take away the darker look of the face.
Perhaps try the headpiece from SeongMi Haunted Doll?
And I can't tell if you already have it equipped anywhere but Reve Rouille might have some nice poses and overskirts.
And maybe a background?
Aika's Dark Garden if you want to keep the theme well, dark.
Aika's garden might look weird with the smoke though.

Oh wow this is a VERY pretty avatar. I totally am feeling the theme here of sweet girl walking through a garden of flowers humming to herself. The colors are perfect with one another. I really can't think of any suggestions. It's REALLY well put together. I can tell a lot of thought and time was put int this! Very well themed! heart

Only thing that maaaaybe you may wanna put in to add some more color is some sort of blue sky/sky with clouds if you can add that to the background you have then that would work perfectly!

7/10 It's a great start but the blues don't match, the arms get lost in the hair because of the color, and the mini head wings clash with the soft off-white of the back wings.

Super complex and detailed up top, not so much around the legs. Leaves the avatar unbalanced.
Otherwise loving the color scheme and theme.
