aside from the obvious ghosts behind you, there is nothing here that indicates a ghost.

you'd want something like Cursed Student A - socks.
Spector shoujo - head band.
Or more traditional White paper headband.

Usually I'd start nagging about the eyes being a vastly different color but I think that if you would have used eyes befitting the color-scheme, the effect you have now would be shot. The green makes it pop and stand out all the more.
Great use of items and a very strong theme. Only thing I've got for you is to try other legs. The ones you're using now look like they could snap any moment under the bulk of the rest of your avatar~

Wow!! I love the whole design! Especially the fact that the jacket is blowing with
the wind from the BG. I'm conflicted about the hat, cause it works well with the
whole theme, but it standouts amongst the other parts of the avi. Anyways, 9.5/10.
