I really like the Arabian theme you got going but the color of the top is a lil bright.
The sword looks odd and doesn't suit the theme you're going for.

Yikes!!
I've seen a few gore avatars, but wow, this is amazing!!
The black and white balances SO well with the blood, and means it doesn't blend in like it might with other colours
The knife and the Play With Me at the back add a chilling element to the whole thing that really works
And on top of it all, you're left wondering... where is the head...?

I love it. The theme/style is clear and well executed.
The only little nit-picks I can find are that the hat seems like a too big blob of black
and that lil bit of pink on top of the long part of the skirt.
