It is a mish mash of crazy and becomes difficult to identify the pieces.
The concept of zombie king is pretty kewl though.

I have 3 points that could be better:
The stars: there's yellow in them, a color that isn't returned anywhere else. The eyes: a vastly different color than anything else. Though the shape and mood they set fit nicely. The pose of the arms: As if you're giving up on another failed enchantment... A different pose would be a great improvement I think.
With that said: I like it. The magical theme isn't original nor new but you gave a nice twist to it! The blue and purple is well balanced, as well for the white and grey.
7,5/10 Improve it, you're onto something here!
