5. Orders will be accepted only if the client submits the proper order form, and provides the details needed. A picture of the avatar you want drawn should be in the same post as the order form.
6. Follow the Terms of Service.

8. You will be informed of the time it takes to complete your order. Until then, no nagging or complaining.
