I always spend my summer creating or putting together the costumes. I start planning for the project around this time.
Demoman, Engineer, Rockstar Diego, Dave, or a Mii Fighter...

I think it would be cooler to make him out of a few layers of organza or some other lightweight and sheer material to get the transparent look. Maybe you can find a red LED bouncy ball to use as his nose.
