I'm 17 so I don't get stopped at all. But even when I was younger no one ever stopped me from buying anything.

Well I am 17 years old but I look like I'm 13. I have still managed to buy adult manga. A lot of people figure that it's just comic books... and there's nothing bad about them.

No I haven't been stopped... I'm 19. ^_^ I can by whatever I want!!! Although I have been carded at a local Walmart when I bought the Cowboy Bebop movie... so it does happen.

But anyway... why is that such a big problem? You do understand that there are reasons they put and age restriction on some anime, right?

19, and in college. On my own payroll so no one really dictates what I can and can't buy. I've never been stopped at the counter for buying anime... but I do look quite a bit younger than my age and I'm always carded at movie theaters. The annoying thing is that they never ask me "may I see your ID?", it's instead "Where are your parents?" stressed

I work at a theater and we (the thater) would all be fined and loose our jobs if a kid snuck into an r rated movie. Anyways I've never been asked about my age. To be honest I don't think they have to enforce it.
