About:
Finnegan O'Brian is a young leprechaun who has already acquired a large amount of gold, jewels, and riches. He is both greedy and stingy, never letting go of money unless absolutely necessary. Being a leprechaun, gold is his love.
Aside from his love of gold, Finnegan can often be seen drinking. Due to his appearance some may try to take his booze, but that does cause him to get angry.
It is advised to keep Finn happy, since he is rather hotheaded and tends to get a bit spiteful. Anything really could set him off, although bribing him with valuables or a small amount of gold can shut him up. If not, he'll tend to prank the person who angered him, causing mischief and trouble for them in the most inconvenient ways.
Bribing him in general, in fact, can lead to having him as an ally. Finnegan, being as he's rather greedy, will do almost anything for a price. It is unknown what all he's done to acquire such a large amount of gold.
History:
Finnegan is an Irish born leprechaun, who somehow found his way to Iceland once upon a time. That is the location he chose to hide one of his stashes of gold, which unfortunately had a school's student housing built upon it. This got him involved in the lives of the students and faculty at the school, until finally, he was given his gold back.
Before that time, Finnegan had spent a lot of time probably stealing and drinking, though that didn't change at all.
His fortune had gotten a bit bigger in recent years, mostly because he was bribed into helping out with a war which he cared little about. Getting payment from two sources, he helped to take down the Flock and the Grand Mages.
Currently, he does not work, though does own many establishments to make his profit. It's now known that the greedy little fellow is the richest being in the Elven Empire, this realm, or anywhere really, due to a wish he made. He claims to have a stash of gold hidden beneath the Assassin Guild, though it's more likely he just is looking for free housing, and possibly missed one of the people who payed him during the war. Unfortunately, his plans for free housing didn't quite work out. The leprechaun ended up agreeing to use his abilities under Black Rose's employ as a spy.
Equipment:
-Gold dust bag: This is what Finnegan uses to cast spells. Unlike other magic users, Finnegan does not possess an elemental aura. Instead, gold is where his magic originates.
-Staff: This staff is not used to help him cast magic. Simply for walking, leaning, or whacking people upside the head.
-Knives: Finnegan keeps various knives on him in case he is involved in a barfight.
-Gun: Within his coat, Finnegan carries a gun. He is a surprisingly good marksman.
-Recording devices: Being a spy, Finnegan does often record others.
-Flasks: Finnegan keeps at least two flasks on him at any one time. These flasks are made of nothing less but the best, gold. Within them, if they are not empty, is typically his favorite liquor, leprechaun ale.
-Means of extortion: On occasion, Finn will keep an incriminating object or two to extort gold out of an individual.
-Cobbling equipment: Being an expert cobbler, Finnegan has a lot of tools of the trade.

Skills/Abilities:
Leprechaun Magic: Any leprechaun if caught must grant three wishes to the one who caught him. Of course these wishes do have limitations, but they are part of the leprechaun magic. Leprechauns also have the ability to reach the ends of rainbows, as well as the ability to detect gold and treasure. The magic leprechauns use is not centered around the elements as wizard magic is, thus this magic can be considered stronger in ways. The more gold the stronger the spells they cast can be. All of his magic is fueled by gold dust.
-Invisibility: He can turn invisible using a fine coating of gold dust.
Shoe Making/Repair: Leprechauns are cobblers. Finnegan is especially OCD in regards to shoe wear. If there is anything minutely wrong with someone's footwear, he will steal it, and mend it obsessively. If it can be polished, he may do that as well. This is not a free service.
-High Alcohol Tolerance: This may be simply because of the amount Finnegan drinks, but he can drink as much or more than someone twice his height and weight. He drinks booze as he would water.
-Fighting: Though he's little in stature, and does not seem to have much strength, Finnegan is actually the best fighter in the guild.
