I'm a writer, and this is my newest main character, Eric.
But anyway.
Eric gets annoyed at things too easily. He's a big, heavy, over-stressed, tense guy, who wears glasses and is slightly cross-eyed, and is prone to being a little too passive to get the things he wants. But he usually finds a way to get them, eventually.
In fact, he's much better at communicating other's needs and wants than his own, because he usually doesn't have a clear idea of what he wants. But he did want to force people to just shut up and play nice, or else damn it he'll do something crazy, so he became a Diplomat, (yes, capitalized) a diplomat that makes agreements and treaties and of the like with divinities, spirits, and etc, even though nobody's really binding them to these contracts. So he's really working for a futile cause. And everybody knows it. But he simply keeps doing it anyway, trying to get non-corporeal beings to believe in the dream that maybe one day they won't be at each other's throats all the time.
It's a lofty dream.
