Sora is the 14 Year old star of the Kingdom Hearts series. While Sora may be considered not as mature as his close friend Riku, he is certainly a brave little adventurer. When his home was struck by a fierce storm, Sora braved it to save the raft he and his friends had made. When he realised there were strange creatures there, he didn't back down.After gaining his Keyblade, he set off an a journey with two friends, Donald & Goofy, to seal off the keyhole in each world, and ultimately find his friends and get home. As his friend Riku is manipulated by darkness, Sora tries his upmost to bring out the light in Riku's heart and bring him back home. However, when they defeated Ansem, one of the manipulators, Riku and the King sealed the door to Kingdom Hearts, leaving Sora with only one friend. Sora, however, can't bear to lose either, and sends Kairi home to resume his mission.
By Chain of Memories, Sora has safely returned Kairi to Destiny Islands, and is now searching for Riku. Meanwhile, Donald & Goofy are still searching for their King. He's grown a little since the first adventure, but not much. Sora encounters a man in a black outfit, who leaves Sora with the phrase 'Ahead lies something you need, but to claim it, you must lose something dear.'As Sora & co continue down the path, they come across a large castle. Once they enter the castle, known as Castle Oblivion, they begin to realise, the deeper they go, the more memories they lose. This is because of the Organization - Using Kairi's nobody, Naminé, they begin to re-arrange Sora's memories, and replace Kairi with her. As Sora defeats the Organization members, and makes his way to the top, he finds out about the plan. After he defeats the Castle's leader, Marluxia, Naminé points out that she can get Sora's memory back to normal, but in order to do so, he must forget everything that happened in the Castle. As Sora agrees to this, he also promises her his heart will never forget her. After this, Sora enters a strange pod, and falls asleep. One year later...
Sora is now 1 year older, and all memories are back in place. For this, however, he's lost his memories of the Castle entirely. As Sora awakens, he emerges out of Twilight Town and progresses to Yen Sid. There, he learns about the nobodies. Whilst he's there, he also gets a change of clothes thanks to the three fairies. With these new clothes, he can now use a new type of power, known as 'Drive Forms'. Sora continues his quest, defeating the Organization once again and sealing the keyholes again. As he finally gets to the Organization's hideout, Riku shows up. Along with Kairi, thanks to Axel. When they believe the story is over, Kairi, Mickey, Donald & Goofy leap through a portal opened by Naminé that leads back home. However, Xemnas has one more trick up his sleeve and emerges to battle them once more. Upon defeating Xemnas, Sora & Riku are returned home, where Kairi is waiting.At the end, however, the trio are seen with a note from King Mickey, and the screen fades out.

› Keyblade ‹
The Keyblade is Sora's famous weapon. The Keyblade has a number of uses, the two main ones being the ablility to seal worlds, and defeat his enemies. There are many different types of Keyblades, one for each Disney world he visits, and some others which appear at random points in the game and manga. This image shows you the most common and main Keyblade - Which is given to Sora at the start of the game. Compared to other Keyblades, it is quite weak in battle, but in Chain of Memories, it's low CP makes up for this. When Sora is in certain forms, he also has the ability to wield two Keyblades instead of just one, making him much more formidable.‡ ♥ ‡

Riku is Sora's best friend. They both live on the Island, and both have wanted to explore new worlds (Riku wanted this more so). Although they are close friends, they have developed a strong rivalry. Mainly it's just a friendly one though. However, when Riku is searching for Sora in Castle Oblivion, it's clear to see this rivalry has cleared up. By Chain of Memories, at the end, Riku follows the darkness in order to hopefully find Sora. He even goes into battle with Roxas twice, just to help wake Sora up. By the end of the second game, it's clear Riku has grown up considerably, and confirms his belief that no one could ever have a better friend than Sora. They're also REALLY gay together.
Anyone who can't see their affection is probably just in love with Sora and wants his affection for themself (enjoy your horribly written fanfiction, lol). Kairi appeared on Destiny Islands suddenly, and has no memory of where she came from (Although it was later discovered to be Hollow Bastion, aka Radiant Garden). Sora, quite literally loves her enough to sacrifice himself for her. Kairi instantly recognises Sora as a heartless, and protects him from the other heartless surrounding them, bringing Sora back to life. When he finally meets up with her, he makes a promise to come back to her, and return the charm she gave him. Sora stops at nothing in order to fulfill his promise, and returns it to her at the end of Kingdom Hearts II.
Donald has the same relationship to Sora as he does to everyone - Always arguing when a disagreement comes along. Donald cares about Sora though - We know this because of the way he wants to drag Sora back with them when Kingdom Hearts is closed. He also worries about Sora at times, but, being Donald Duck, hides it from everyone. He also doesn't like it being brought up that it was he who clobbered Sora when he was a heartless, as we saw by his reaction in Castle Oblivion. Like Goofy, he also tries to make Sora feel better when in despair (Even if at first he only cared about finding his own friend).
Goofy is close to Sora as well - He was the first one to go against the King's orders to be on Sora's side when Riku had the Keyblade! He's very reliable to Sora, and a very faithful friend. He may come across as a little slow, but Goofy's also a great team member who seems happy to be apart of the team. He also tries to prevent and stop arguements that break out between Sora & Donald, and worries about them when they do argue. When Goofy was knocked out by a boulder on his head, Sora showed great dispair over what at first was thought to be the loss of a good friend. He was extremely happy to welcome him back later.
Roxas is Sora's nobody, created when Sora transformed into a Heartless. Although the two have little interaction, Roxas had many dreams about Sora, and set off to find him. He appeared to be a bit jealous of Sora, after he was told 'nobodies shouldn't exist'. However, later, he battles Sora, to test him and see how powerful Sora really is, and possibly why the Organization feared him so much. Upon losing, Roxas smiles and leaves Sora with the words 'You make a good other half'. Although Sora can't see Roxas, either way, he is a part of him (as seen in later cutscenes), and Sora & Roxas seem happy about each other.
Naminé, under orders from Organization XIII, once badly tampered with Sora's memories. She replaced memories of Kairi with herself, led Sora deeper into Castle Oblivion with these fake memories. However, when the Organization members are taken down, Naminé explains to Sora why she did it, and also offers him a chance to regain his true memories - With the deal that both lose all their own memories of what happened in the Castle. Before Sora left to regain his memories, he made a promise with her, that he would never forget her, and that she would always be in his heart, no matter what happens.‡ ♥ ‡
› Level Forms ‹
Out of all the changes, this is by far the most unique. Sora loses his ability to stand on two legs, and instead, runs much faster on all fours. He can also jump further. In this form, he cannot use his Drive Forms, or his summons. His fur is brown, and his spikey hair modeled into a mane, which also shoots out from his ears and his cheeks. The same spikey hair is also on his tail, and he also retains his Crown Keychain around his neck. In this form, Sora carries the Keyblade around with him in his mouth, and uses the same method to attack. Shameless plug if you love this form as much as I do.
In Halloween Town, Sora looks much more sinister in order to fit in with the new world. He has a Pumpkin mask on the side of his face, small bat wings on his back, and added fangs. Of course, he also wears black, with white around areas (Such as his gloves) as well. As with most of his forms, the crown remains there, in a golden patch on his chest, surrounded by smaller bat wings. He also wears short red bandages around his legs, and his shoes are sharper than his normal shoes, with a white stripe across them.
One of the other more obvious changes is 'Merman' Sora. He loses his clothes (Don't even think about that) and gains blue fins, much like a mermaids. He also loses the ability to walk of course, and instead must swim around the level. Like his lion form, he cannot drive form, nor can he use any of his summons. In the second game, these aren't necessary anyway, as Atlantica is now a musical level, and does not require any sort of fighting anyway. In Chain of Memories, however, Sora walks the level.
When Sora enters the world of digital technology, he gains a very 'digital' look to himself. Nothing's changed underneath, but now Sora is covered in a black outfit with digital (LCD?) lights all around him. His hair seems to be darker as well, with his cap covering most of it. The back spikes appear to be covered by it as well, and are a very light blue. As the level is already quite dark, this could just be the level. Another image shows Sora's hair normal colour as well as his skin, but in this image, it appears blue as well.
Exclusive to Timeless River, when the team enter this world, everything goes back to how it first started. Although for Sora, this is a brand new look. He looks much more 'cartoony', mostly reflected by his eyes and large hands. The rest of him, however, remains the same as usual, just with slightly more rounded edges. As the image shows, he is in complete black & white, and is never shown in full colour in any part of the level. However, when using a Drive Form, he gains just a slight bit of colour, depending on which one he used.
Not a literal form, but still worth adding for fun. Young Sora is exactly how he sounds - The younger version of our current hero. He is seen in several flashbacks with either Kairi or Riku (It's usually one or the other, rather than both). Not much has changed, except that he obviously looks and appears shorter, and his clothes are completely different. He wears a white shirt with blue strips around the edges, and red shorts. He also wears black & yellow sandals on his feet instead of any normal shoes.
Exclusive to Final Mix, Sora gains another attire in the Halloween Town level. Entering Christmas Town changes Sora's outfit to a black Santa Claus outfit. The gloves he wears are still quite sharp, to prove he's still part of Jack Skellington's team. A brown belt is wrapped around his lower half, and there are two silver crowns on his chest serving as buttons. The rest of the outfit is the same as his Halloween Town outfit.|| ooc;; well.. kairi mostly made this 'about me' section for me because i'm lazy ahahah. go worship and love her. I DO. ;l;gfl;dkdl;lf
