About me? Man, where to begin.

Alright, so, I like to roleplay. A lot. I play tabletop, LARP, freeform, you name it, I pretend to be characters and do cool stuff. And dress the part. Seriously, pictures following.

Okay, so since we've established the roleplay thing that's pretty standard, so let's talk settings. Some of my favorite settings are classic Fantasy (Tolkien, Game of Thrones, Golarion, Eberron, pretty much most Fantasy, High or Low.), Warhammer 40k (Both in broad spectrum and especially Dark Heresy), Vampire the Masquerade (The old stuff), and likely my favorite, Legend of the Five Rings. The game worlds I like to live in are a huge part of what I'm all about, so if you feel like getting your ear talked off, just get me started on one. And seriously, I love to talk. Love it.

Okay~ So other stuff. Dressing up, as you know. Goes with the roleplay thing. You know what else goes with that? Actually doing stuff. Adventure type stuff. Namely hitting people. With boffers mind you! But yes I enjoy going out and getting with a group of friends and battling with foam swords. Of course I also enjoy martial arts and more traditional sword fighting, something I take pretty seriously in my life and the only passion that might surpass the need to roleplay.

Other stuff. Huh. Well, I love to play games. Like, seriously. All of the games, especially strategy games. Video games are alright, kinda been out of that scene a while, but board games, war games, etc. Just.. yes. Remind me I should get back into Warhammer 40k. Um, what else.. I guess I happen to have a pretty broad range of musical appreciation. Anything from 90s grunge (System of a Down, I'm looking at you) to techno (Daft Punk), classic rock (GNR, Rush, etc.), new rock? (Imagine Dragons), opera (Pagliacci:Vesti la guibba), and.. well, pretty much everything.

Not that I'm really that into music. Trust me, I know people who are in five bands and do crazy stuff with music, but me? I just sing badly and enjoy listening. Oh, and I dance. Rave dancing mostly, but I've learned a little bit of everything. I'd love to take a dance class though. Swing especially.

Oh, and I love to learn. Yeah, that's pretty important so let's get that out there. I absolutely love to learn new things and set new challenges for myself. And hey, coming back here after all these years and putting fingers to keyboard and a million miles an hour? One of those challenges. So let's learn something, eh? Eh!?

Okay, yeah, I'm rambling. I'd say I'm sorry, but.. well, you're either reading or bored and moved on. So no, I don't really care, but I'll wrap this up regardless. I am who I am. A guy who likes to dress up, play with swords, and pretend to be crazy things because I'm gonna do what I love. Guess that's it.
