True. xD IRL is also pretty strange to look back at. It's funny that now it's also considered vintage! They are making "historical" doll toys with 90's fashions already. rofl

Yep. That was a hard time. xD we still managed, but I was still one who tried my best to color-match, even among those days. I look back and wonder how i liked some of my old avis, though.

I remember the tiredness I went through after surgery, too. It's a different feeling than a regular worn out feeling. More like having lead feet!

I haven't been messing with avatars too much the past week or so, before that i made a couple more that are up on my profile now. I may get back into it at some point, but Animal Crossing has sucked me back in again after being away for a year and a half lol

Impressive, it works really well together. I'm usually too scared to mix any sorts of greens and reds/pinks together, they might turn out too Christmassy, but you did really well with keeping it away from crossing that line.

Yep! They are very fun, too. A challenge in a different way. You can also make them pretty simple or complex and they can still look really good even with just a couple of items. Sometimes it's nice to not have the avi body blocking it when you make a really complex scene, so it can really shine all on it's own. whee

Totally agreed. It has so many lovely poses! The water is definitely a bit lacking in interaction, although it works well in scenics because of that flatness, too. xD

I do love that one, too. It's one of three items I had managed to snag when they first dropped by putting up an offer. That one, Oasis Nights and the Zen Midsommar had used up all of my plat. sweatdrop The Lantern ones are also so gorgeous! I have loved almost every recolor they made of those. The flowerfall along the side really needs to be trunked in a multicolor set!!

It's definitely fun to challenge yourself attempting something unique, but it's still a lot of fun even if it's making an outfit with predetermined colors, too! You still figure out the theme and poses to match together.
