Really? rolleyes I have no such problems. Make comments, ask questions, etc. "How's your day gone so far?" or "Do you have a Christmas wish list yet?" or "I saw this weird thigns today..." are all MUCH BETTER than "Hey", don't you think? Poor communication and conversation skills are symptomatic of self-absorption and laziness.
