First thing you do is post your profile.
If you want to work for the Organization go to Hellsing hHeadquarters and post your profile under Agent Profiles.
If you want to be against the Organization go to the Demonic Sanctuary and post your profile under Demon Profiles.
No god-modding and if you want to be a boss demon ask Scorpio 5555 and be patient, he's hardly on but he has supervision under that.
Other than that you can be anything ranging from human to a unicorn/vampire/sire/teddy bear demon thing.
