For the one you wanted my opinion about..
I think it looks great, but the nose needs to be fixed a little, and the bottom portion needs to be touched up.
Like, the lines between the arms and top should be a bit more clear cause they're a bit blurred.
Apart from that, awesome job! ;3

As for my awesome avi, I just changed it to this one for x-mas.
X-mas colors = X-mas avi. ;D
It'll be back to my awesome avi after x-mas though. 3nodding
