Given it's poor base HP, I see no problem with it keeping Prankster. We have no idea how much it's Mega will add to it's defenses, and unless they get jacked extremely high, (or it's typing changes) any Fairy will be able to outdamage it's recovery easily. Not to mention it loses the option of Leftovers if it opts for the Mega stone.
