Do you mind if i ask what kind of methods your therapist told you to use? The person Im seeing now isnt really helping much, neither have any of my previous ones so my anxiety still kicks my a** every day. I did just start some meds again though so fingers crossed for a bit of relief c:

Awh thats sweet with Callie. My sisters cat always comes along to knead me when Im feeling down. My ferrets just scratch me for not giving them attention but they're funny to watch so i dont mind xD

Ah I feel your pain! I dont have the internet here, I have to use my phone data and it's a nightmare for Netflix, which has just raised their prices again. :/

I think my boyfriend has the first season of Shadowhunters but when I asked for a copy, he gave me season two by accident. haha

I wish I had a creative outlet like that. I used to draw when I was younger but when my depression first hit me around age 12, I stopped and never really picked it up again. Same with my writing. And crafts. I definitely want to find something to do thats a bit artsy though because it's definitely therapeutic. At least until the next day when I decide I did an awful job xD I suppose I like baking. That counts. lol

Oh my gosh really? I'd seriously die if you ended up making anything. Well, thats a touch dramatic but my ferrets are my only reason for getting out of bed some days so to have art of them for my room would be amazing. If you wouldn't accept real money, I'd definitely send you some lovely Gaia gifts though. c:

But no pressure! I know that sometimes the motivation/inspiration just isnt there so don't feel bad if you dont end up wanting to make anything. But Im happy to show off pics of them anyway! c:

Oh hello! Its always nice to hear from people with similar...ehh, problems, as bad as that sounds. haha. But knowing we're not the only ones suffering is comforting.

Which state are you from? Im in Sa.

Also, I see you like Shadowhunters. I stopped watching partway through season one but is it worth watching it through? c:

You should get a real shiba inu, they are awesome dogs and sometimes behave like big ferrets!
