sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you guys are #2. MOA is the largest followed by West Edmonton. Still, a lovely mall I'm sure. 4laugh
ooooo thats just a nice Shinkansen ride away. I say book your tickets in advance and visit him! also maybe go to the world expo depending on timing. i went during my visit and had a great time. definitely worth the trip.
oooh that sounds like a blast. and the largest mall in North America? as in the mall of America? lol I'm originally from MN! if you want any recs let me know, I just moved earlier this year but I know a bunch of places in the city worth visiting.
good luck on the job hunt as well. I know it's not easy, especially right now. maybe if im lucky and things work out I'll be living there when you rebook things!
