Revolution Gaia is still going and is probably a better place to ask. I've only been back a couple days, was off 6 months for 2 back surgeries. Am healing up nicely, though I need more physical therapy for strength. They want to cut me off, but I am hurting since they are taking me off morphine at the same time, Lanzer is back, see his http://www.gaiaonline.com/journal/?mode=view&u=3 journal. I emailed Codemonkey when he was online and learned he is gone, but Lanzer is trying to get him back. There's an atmosphere of hope that things will get better.

Wow thank you that's really sweet. And yes I go through the same kind of anxiety, there are days I feel like I won't amount to anything or be accomplished in my life, and I know how hard it is but we'll get through it! smile

thank you so much for the comment on my poem, it means a lot. heart i think it's great that your ADD meds worked for you. i've been on antidepressants for years now and it's been kind of an uphill battle at times but i'm so thankful i have them because i really do think they changed things for me. it's so nice to find people who can relate & understand, thanks again 3nodding

You have goals and that's important to success. Good luck! We had sprinkles this afternoon, so I hauled along a jacket and umbrella. Of course, the sprinkles disappeared and it warmed up!

I lurk. I have a few threads I post in. In rl am doing well enough, getting strength and focus back. I still have the weakness in hands and feet, am seeing a neurologist. I haven't been on Solia lately. Hmm. Gaia thinks I entered a comment recently, so part of this may already have posted.
