Thank you for asking! The last time I heard from my sister she was doing better. There is probably something wrong with my mother's veins. That still has to be clarified. Apart from that, she is doing quite well.

I wish I could play that well, it's been a long time too. Guitar is not that hard to learn. I used to sing along with the guitar.

Yes, I'm planning a garden. The goal is that when times get really tough, my mother and I can live off what the garden gives. There are a few ideas for that. This year I want to focus on potatoes. Two new fruit trees are planned and I would like to leave a part of the garden to nature. What about you?

Oh and congratulations on your nephew's baby!

As far as I know, the doctor recommended a few things to her. There is no medication for it. She also has to document everything and give it to the doctor.

Your piano has really experienced a lot! I always wanted to learn to play the piano. I used to play the flute and guitar. But I haven't practiced for a long time.

As for the stray, just keep putting out the food, if he is still around and really hungry, chances are good that he will come back. I wish you good luck with it!

My mother is feeling a little better again. With my sister, we have to wait and see if it gets worse or not. She has milder symptoms at the moment, but at times she is not doing so well.

It's good to hear that Sebastian is doing better. And it's nice that you take care of strays! My cats are (and have been) all former strays, except for the last one who strayed from the neighbor to us. The neighbor apparently didn't let him into his house and didn't feed him enough. He constantly fought with my cats (I had two at this time) to get into my house and at some point he had made it. One of my two died soon after and I had immediately a second one again, although i did not actually agree with it.

I don't know what a more complicated treatment in a veterinary clinic costs, but the prices with you seem to be higher than with us.

The music sounds good. Do you mind if I put the song on my profile for a while? I listen to pretty much everything, except techno and K-pop. Mostly I listen to pure instrumental or orchestral music. There are also a few groups that I like. Within Temptation, System of a Down sometimes. And singers like Udo Jürgens or Peter Alexander. Recently I listened to ABBA songs. You see it's pretty mixed.

I am so sorry for the delay! I did not see your reply earlier! I couldn't be much online last week either. My mother was not so well and my sister has been infected with Corona and is in quarantine at her own home. What a week!
I can well understand that you said no. I would have done that too. After nothing was seen on the X-ray. And the prices are horrendous! I could not afford to pay that much for a cat surgery, as much as I love my cats! Here where I live no one would even think of paying that much for a cat. Thank goodness my vet is not that expensive!

I'll listen to the music tomorrow, it's already pretty late for me and I'm really tired and can't think straight.

I am happy for you that Sebastian is doing better. Hopefully it will stay like this for a long time. I don't know any cats that take medication completely voluntarily, even if it makes them feel better, so I think it's normal if he doesn't want medication. Was it caused by the tumor or something completely different?

Happy to hear Sebastian is feeling better! No, I'd not give him any medication that he doesn't
absolutely need. He'll let you know if he's in dire pain.
My Valentine's Day was spent being iced in my house. We had freezing rain begin the night before and
into the early morning. I'll be glad to see the tail end of Winter.

He may be getting sufficient water just from the wet food.
You could try some water in a dropper, or maybe water with
a flavoring added, like pedialyte. I would say, if he's willing to eat, then he'd also drink
if he felt thirsty.

was ill, I had to do the same thing.... and she was in the hospital all weekend. I at least had her for
