What a sweet story about the kittens in a box. My kittens wandered onto my mom's porch, and they were not even weaned yet,and didn't know how to eat. My mom showed them how to drink and eat, but she didn't want them and kept them outside, so I had already planned to come down a couple weeks later and they came home with me. Now they are more than doubled in size, and just sweet and doing well. I just bought a kitty condo from chewy.com, they have some very good ones for very reasonable prices. They are made of cardboard tubing and are carpeted, I will let you know how well they are when it comes. I got one on sale that is 72 inches with three perches for $65. The pup and the kittens will sleep together, they also play, sometimes a bit rough, so far, I think the only blood spilled is from the pup, just once.
Hi! Thanks for the 'hi', how are you doing? Warm fuzzy kitties is good feelings. Ever since my old puppy died, my young pup was lonesome, and I was thinking it would be nice to get her a companion, but didn't actually want to get another pup. My young pup has actually made friends of quite a few neighborhood cats, she is special that way. Well, a few weeks ago a couple of kittens showed up on her porch, not even weaned, and she kept them alive, but didn't want to care for them, and this coincided with me making a trip to visit her, so love at first sight, those kittens came home with us, and my young pup loves them much and they are warming up to her. Warm fuzzy feelings galore.
300 candy bars, say what!!! You must live in one of those parts of town that EVERYone goes out of their way to visit. It was weird this year for us because last year we had 50-60 Trick or Treaters. Last year it was cold and raining. This year it was in the 70's and clear weather and we only had 20 ad most. Go figure
