Lindsey, and Amanda, my two daughters. Myself, and my loving husband Rusty.
My name is Melinda. Born March 19th of 68, back in the dinosaur age. Full time college student studying social work.

I married my high school sweet heart. I have the greatest daughters in the world. I love anything that glitters. I'm a big mushy romantic.

I love anything with sugar in it, although my daughter Amanda thinks I should not eat anything with sugar because I go "mental".

I would love to some day travel the world. I think being a good parent is one of the most important jobs there is.

I have a small dog named Sandy who I love very much. I also have five cats who my daughter loves very much. I have champagne taste on a beer budget, and I love top 40 music.

90% of the time I'm a happy cheerful person, and I love listening to people's problems and giving advice. My daughter says I'm good at it.

I also love to shop for gifts for other people.

I have just finished my 3rd semester of college. I have worked hard and have placement yet to do. I am happy about what I hae accomplished.

I am not a fan of the heat, I love the sun, but not being hot.

Today I went and helped my husband buy new glasses!

Yes, yes! I find that shopping with Gaia gold is a great alternative to doing so otherwise, that is to say, in the 'real word.' Plus, one can make a number of outfits and pair them with countless accessories that might not get worn, were they actually real ... I have a wonderful time with the wigs especially. I'm a horrible chicken when it comes to cutting my hair, and I'm all thumbs when it comes to styling it, but with all the wigs Gaia offers, and all the different hairstyles, I can get it out of my system without fear! </tangent>

Please don't worry about the navigation stuffs; I still have trouble finding my way around, too. Gaia likes to change their site about every six months just to keep us in a perpetual state of confusion, I think ... ^ ^; So, I won't take any offense at all. Rather, I quite understand!

Hee hee ... I hope I don't come across as a lazy bum ... I mean, I love to peek in here at least once a day, to catch up with others and to play for just a little bit, but I'm also pulling 14 units this quarter and studying like a fiend, so I kind'a view Gaia as a treat and a reward after a long day of classes and homework, rather than an actual way to spend my day.
