Hey dude! Dungeon Meshi is SO good, imo. I love how it takes all the classic fantasy tropes and turns them into like... one of these recipe blogs where the author tells their whole life story before the recipe, except instead of that, it's these 4 characters' quest to save their friend (and it gets WEIRD). I baked bread for the first time because the dwarf guy made me want to. That being said, my friend who's a bigger anime fan than I am thinks it's too slice-of-lifesque so your mileage may vary!

I don't know about the audiobook, but considering Hitchhiker's Guide was originally written for radio it should be a good fit for the audiobook format. I might have to look into that myself because I'm curious to know how it's different and it's probably a lot cheaper and easier to get a hold of than a copy of the original broadcast version.
