"I seem to have started a trend once again." Lucifer said calmly. "It seems the moment I quit being the Lord of Hell and retire to the mortal relm, every angel from my brother to Remiel is walking around. But why are you here Hornblower." He continued to stare out the window, not once during the whole statement did he look in Gabriels direction.

Lucifer waited in the ball room, staring out the window with the grand veiw of L.A. streaching out before him. "Gabriel..." He said, letting the space between them fill with the silence after the name was spoken. He did not bother to look back at Gabriel, waiting for him to speak.

Mazikeen looked up at the man, her half masked face staring coldly at the man. She tilted her head as though hearing something in the distance. Giving a curt nod, she faced the stranger again. "He will see you in the ball room." She pointed towards a set of double doors before continuing to serve other costumers.

Charlie looked at the man infront of her dumbfounded. "You have got to be kidding me! More of you bastards?! Why can't you all stay in heaven and leave us humans alone?! What about the whole 'can't influence us?' What is that just some bullshit you came up with to make yourselves feel better? CHRIST!" First Lucifer and Michael and now Gabriel...Charlie was seriously thinking of ending her career as a catholic.

(sorry for the random comment...my avi has history with Luci being the one that is supposed to bring him down and michael being the one who is supposed to train her.))

Lucifer continued to play his piano. "Ah, Gabriel...normally I would tell you that you have no business in my bar. However, I belive I can spare a few minutes, after all, why not catch up with the times." He paused, allowing the last note played to hang in the air. As he turned to Gabriel. "So, why are you here?"
