I know what you meant. smile nah I'm a bonafide insomniac. It might happen several times a year but it's debilitating enough to be maddening. kinda scary to be walking around like a ghost of yourself. neutral *bought out all of the grocery store's herbal tea*

lol because when i'm sleepless I have to wander, exercise unceasingly, or start tinkering with my keyboard and that's not good for everyone else in my family's sleep . It happens because of my meds usually. When I get really bad I go around four or five days without sleeping and you know where that leads me to be? Very, very screwed up. A person who doesn't sleep for three days or longer is medically consistent symptomatically with a psych patient/certifiably insane person(Dr. made me promise to dial her personally if I ever felt like I was going to breakdown). confused Part of my username is Tempest for a reason. emotion_8c I literally scream while i'm awake because of waking dreams/nightmares. -and i'm headed that direction again because i'm sleeping progressively less and less which is why i'm sipping chamomile tea like a loon trying to sleep. *peers at clock* It's 12:30 am. emotion_bigvein
