General Appearance :
Caitlin is a tall lithe individual with a full well-formed figure and long shapely legs. Her soft very straight white-blonde hair falls almost to her waist in long layers with the exception of her chin length bangs and few strands that curl on their own. The tips of her bangs and the under layers of her hair are a pale silvery lilac, as well as the very few strands that softly curl into a pulled spiral. She has a light tan complexion with pouty rose lips and under her thick dark lashes her eyes are a deep green. When using her powers her eyes become very dark, almost black with a slim ring of green around the outside.
When in her hero disguise, Charisma, she wears deep purples and black to symbolize the crown Chakra or psychic eye. She wears a large pair of shades to hide her eyes that are tinted a smoky purple in the glass. Her black fingerless gloves are studded at the knuckles and reach up to the middle of her upper arm where they tie with black ribbon. The bodice is a sleeveless violet leotard with black piping around her torso and chest and a black belt hanging loosely off of her waist. Below the belt is a darker violet skirt wrapped around the bottom of the torso's manageable body armor. Her small track sneakers are the same colors of purple in the rest of her disguise and partially covered by the black leggings that fall loosely overtop of them like leg warmers and tightly follow up 3/4 up her legs to stop just below the skirt and tie with black ribbons.
Personality :
Caitlin is very intelligent but tends to shy away from social situations. She has trouble making new friends but once she opens up to someone the conversation just flows. She has a love for the arts, especially writing and poetry, and is known to keep a journal on her to jot down ideas for any new stories.
When it comes to fighting, she doesn't really like to unless she has to. If someone she cares for is in danger or can't protect themselves she'll stand up for them. As a hero, her powers can be both a blessing and a curse. Her psychic abilities give her a slight precognition sense and prophetic dreams of important events and at times make her feel like her life's just a bad movie on replay.
