Hello! I go by the name Rune.
I'm a female (she/her) and in my thirties. (Yes, yes. I'm old. I know...)
I have been a member on this site since 2009 and after a long break, I decided to come back during the end of 2020 in hopes of finding some friends.
I'm shy at first and a bit socially awkward, but I can be quite silly and outgoing once I grow comfortable.
I love meeting and making new friends.
Random friend requests and PMs = heart !
I don't do much here other than skim through the forums or create new avis.
I often lurk on people's profiles - either because you interest me or so that I can leave nice comments.
I'm so sorry if this may bother you!
I also like to gift wishlist items at random.
Time for some random (and probably boring) facts!
• I daydream - A LOT.
• I have a terrible habit with creating original characters and writing in my head.
• I would love to get back into roleplaying, but I don't know where to start...
• I'm addicted to playing Final Fantasy XIV. (and G'raha Tia is best boy, fight me!)
• I can't go a single day without listening to music. Favorite genres at the moment are trance/edm and future garage.
• I love to sing and voice act, even though I'm not the best at it.
• I enjoy spending quiet evenings binge-reading fanfics for whichever fandom I'm currently in at the time.
• I have a long list of fictional character ships, including some of my own original characters.
• I enjoy being outdoors rather than indoors - I have a need to wander and explore!
• I don't watch nearly as much anime as I used to and though I may be an adult, I still like to watch cartoons every now and then. Pokemon and InuYasha were my childhood.
• I absolutely love anything and everything that falls under the high/epic fantasy category (adventure, kingdoms, magic, ect.)
• My favorite color changes over time, but at the moment it is green and pink - preferably lighter or pastel shades.
• My favorite creatures are hedgehogs, snakes and dragons.
As a side note when it comes to roleplaying (because there are some strange people on this site who tend to mistake roleplay from reality): I am happily engaged to the love of my life IRL. I am not here to find a relationship of any kind; I am only here to make friends and roleplay as nothing more than a hobby in my free time. My character, Rune, and all of her interactions with the people on this site does NOT equal to that of the person behind the screen.
