Baby penguins are pretty easy to care for really...just keep him warm and off the ice until he gets his adult feathers. And keep feeding him the milk and chopped up seafood mixture. He'll be fine.

It is so cute! The little penguin thinks you're his mommy. You won't wind up hurting it. It'll be fine. Besides, now that he thinks you're his mama you're stuck with him. -grins- At least until he's old enough to be introduced back to his natural habitat.

Oh no problem senorita! -hugs Karu back- I like penguins. I made Jingle-penguins once. They liked to roll and they jingled when they did. A friend of mine named Razor adopted them. They were so cute. If you need any help with your pingüino you just give me a holler si? -grins-

By the way, your baby penguin is so cute. Are you feeding it pre-eaten krill and fish, and milk? That's what baby penguins eat. It's kind of cool how the daddy feeds it with milk-like stuff from his esophagus, and the mommy returns to the nest after a two-month hunt to give the baby regurgitated sea foods. I bet he'd like some softened, ground up squid and shrimp. That's a penguin treat. -nods-
