Haha don't worry about it, I am not offended cos I was also incredibly cringe back then.
It was so long ago and so much can change about a person in that time so don't feel bad!

I think I figured it out though as you made reference to playing cards in one comment
So I imagine we met playing cards, probably in the 'Literate Card Whores' room?
There was also a guild at one point, don't know if you were a member of that

Anyway, it was just a fun nostalgic romp through the past - without judgement
It's just nice to see that someone I talked to so many years ago is still active

Its totally understandable. Mask requirements were only lifted here last weekend, so hopefully I'll be able to also get out more. March was kind of a bad ride for me with a family death and losing a friend to an abusive relationship, but I paid off my only student loan recently! How are you? 🌺

It did originate in Hawaii and then became popularized amongst Japanese-American Californians later on for distinguishing us mixed Asians from them. I did appreciate your post though, because a lot of my life has been dealing with erasure from others and my mom. And, I don't really think that a lot of non-Asians think about what the mainland is like.. I mean, I love my family, but I'd never want to be living in the Philippines or Fukuoka. Especially as lgbt and someone who has previously been medicated, still relying on mental health services. Those things are just not prioritized over there..

Also, you're absolutely correct! That's why the A+ was so easy. If you've been using a computer since the late 90s, this is all stuff you've already done and some of it is even outdated. If you go for your CCNA though, its incredibly tedious to study for. gonk

The game was magic. The only disappointing thing was that you couldn't go to sunset station in Twilight Town or go to the clock tower and you were sort of limited to just the main town and the mansion and forest.
But still a super drop dead gorgeous game.
