Long time no see, and as always, great to hear from you, however long it takes. But yes, glad we're both in the same boat ^^;;
Overall, much the same as before, not too too bad. Been dealing with a whole new set of craziness in what I would have expected to be a sleepy couple months post Xmas, but that's for the most part okay. Glad you're pretty well!

Most of those projects still haven't come to fruition, but the plans remain in place for ' someday ' haha. Took a couple baby steps with the room the other day, more prep and when I can find enough time between work/get the last couple pieces, I hope to actually start before Spring really kicks in
The weather remains cold - we too had snow just yesterday! I'm glad this area doesn't get the fires that my old home did, though the constant wind is at times trying, it's generally not unbearable ^^;
I wish you the best with the rains and floods, and happy to hear they're not personally devastating, but that's sad/scary for others @@ Be safe!

Actually, the biggest problem here lately has been the panics over COVID-19, or the coronavirus. I work retail and we've been out of/unable to keep any major things on the shelf for weeks v.v Just hoping what my family was able to buy earlier this month while doing routine shopping lasts us long enough to weather the shortages/hoarders buying everything 20 minutes after doors open. Toilet paper is sadly one of those concerns XP But I'm sure we'll be generally okay
Hopefully that isn't a big concern where you are!

Heh, I have the same trouble remembering to check my profile after that initial notification gets eaten XP Sorry, as always, for the major delay in reply, and thanks for bearing with me. I hope this message finds you well! ^^

Thank you kindly for the encouragement and vote of confidence too! Luckily, I have nothing but time for settling and have been juggling family, work and room design (to name a few) as I do so. Pet projects around the house, gathering materials and planning for (ideally functional) decor for my personal space has been a fun experience and while I'm by no means crafty or handy, I'm pretty excited to give it a try and make the best out of whatever results haha ^^;;

We're much the same here. Sometimes there's a week of mostly sunny, 40s and 50s type weather, and other times it's ' squalls ' and heavy grey clouds for days on end. The street has been frozen over for a solid couple months, but I think that's largely the constant coolness and shade from trees and houses leaving patches where the sun just can't warm/melt it o: The lowest I've seen since moving here at least, was a high of 9°F and a sustained low of 1°F, though we've dipped into negatives and that's nothing to say of Google's " feels like " temperatures and wind chill Xd

Hopefully the swing of things and Gaia have been treating you well overall c: Not gonna lie, moving was not the most fun thing I've ever done, but I know it could have gone much worse than it did this latest time ^^;

We've gotten quite chilly here, even had a few snow storms, which is entirely new to me. But no major complications so far, and my family has a steady heating system *nod* Is it properly cold where you are yet? Lol
Best wishes on the healthier eating/maintenance! I'm sure you didn't jinx it, and even if there's been a setback or two, you'll continue when you're good and ready~
The holidays are a battle of wills/temptation. Don't think I've quite exceeded my own body weight but there were a few close calls XD We shall see, and thanks for the well wishes

Well, this is just embarrassing how long I've taken v.v
Had some big life changes, including moving, so I am settling in slowly but surely and getting back into Gaia where I can~

I'm sure the weather has changed again since your reply - it certainly has here. Had a high of 70° one day, and a high of 25° the next, with our first snow of the year! Helped shovel and all that good stuff. Celebrated with a baking day and crockpot cider too, but need to be a little better on the diet now XD Congratulations to you on the healthier eating at the time, and hopefully it's continued well, even when navigating the variety of dietary needs everyone has @@ That is always tough

Is the depression any better now? I'm sorry it was a struggle earlier :c

Sorry to hear and hope recovery comes quick! Definitely like that with the weather here. Had a couple days of 80 or even close to 90 a week or so ago. But then it was back to rain and we've had some mild 70s (40s at night), no real consistency. Soon it will be way too hot though lol *retreats inside* Thanks for the well wishes!

I am almost positive I would be cowering somewhere, but true, you never know what you might do in an actual scenario. Heh, but yeah, don't want any abrupt ends...
Drowning likewise sounds like a bad way to go, so I'm with you on that one XP

There's still discounted chocolate bunnies at work and I buy them like every other day, but they're surprisingly good (and less surprisingly high calorie, despite being hollow) but hey, if it's good, it's good ^^; Eventually we have to run out, right? You probably do fine, what with Thanksgiving out of the food holiday wheel - I can't say the same, if I'm involved in someone's celebration, of course, otherwise I only eat as bad as usual haha
