Haha yeah! I also gave up on those animes/mangas too. While a good show ending makes me sad, I prefer the common format of just one (26 episodes) or 2 seasons (52 episodes) that most anime stick too lol

As for manga, I stopped reading Shonen Jump years ago and now I only read manga in the single volume "graphic novel" format, a little more expensive but less uninteresting filler and the collections looks more aesthetically pleasing on my bookshelf blaugh

Yeah its just a weird genetic. I don't know if its origin but its European.
We dont really get a lot about stereotypes of Californians really. I know a couple personally too haha. To us, its just a part of America that seems to be stuck in Summer (even though we know it isnt)

As for black women, I know about the stereotypes, some come from a bad perception, and others come from culture. It depends where you're from, to what stereotype you can get they vary so much. For both black and white people. If you're from "the hood" you get the stereotype: you're a thief, but if you're from Africa your stereotype is you're really quirky and love to sing and dance.
To be honest, I'm not sure what the stereotype of a black person from California would be?
