haha Lucky! I had seen so many scary movies before I was even 10 years old. ;__; One time I remember going to the theater with my family. My mother and father were watching Critters 2. It was too scary for me so they just up and dropped me into another movie and went back. So this became the story of the first time I watched Beatlejuice. LMFAO

It's similar to how a lot of shows now have the CalArts style. I'm getting a we bit tired of it. x___X

Think of what the old shorts? They were pretty mediocre, but the wobbly animation had some charm to it.

The dog episode of Futerama always gets me to cry. lmfao...

That's okay it's not for everyone. I'd choose to watch it over rewatching Devilman Crybaby though. x___X It felt sorta masochistic getting through that anime.

I had to look up who that was and then I was like "oooohhhhh" pfft Been too long since I watched Chronicles of Narnia.

I did watch Tri and agree that it was a bit boring. There were good scenes here and there, but it took so long for anything to happen. What happened to Daigo (The teacher character) was pretty rough though...

I don't mind 3D most of the time. Some of my fave movies and shows are 3D. It's more that when not done well it can look... Not so great. pfft

I also just realized that I'm finally one of those people that get excited about hair and shoes but it's mostly on gaia. lol
Like I admire those things normally but I've been getting genuinely excited by them here.

Side note: I haven't listened to Kings Of Leon in years! Like I honestly kinda forgot about them till you mentioned them in the arena.

Cool! ^^ I've never been very good at painting actual pictures on paper.
I'm mostly into painting small pics/designs on pumpkins or other craft projects(like flower pots). I'm not an expert but I'd say I'm better at drawing/sketching. Also I'm trying to get better at drawing calligraphy. Bubble letters are easy and my cursive is ok but it's not 'super fancy/elegant'. Oh man, I almost forgot! One time I was on tumblr and someone was drawing roses(with one of those fancy paintbrushes that you'd use for writing chinese characters with a pot of ink)and it was unreal how good they were! Like practically magic with how fast and even the roses were. Actually it might've been a marker pen with a similar end to a paintbrush. Idk if I find the post I'll message you. ^^

I've always been the goody goody sort. I didn't have restrictions on what I could watch, but I don't think I really watched anything all that bad. Well aside from my older siblings forcing me to watch horror movies since they thought it was fun to scare me. lol

I watched Ren and Stimpy, but I didn't particularly like it. It was a bit gross... Honestly that along with the Happy Happy Joy Joy song is all I can recall.

I liked The Simpsons. Heck I remember seeing the original shorts before it became it's own series. Makes me feel like a god damn old lady.

Out of those I think I liked Futurama best since it still had a bit of heart to it here and there.

I'm use to violence in anime and such. Maybe that's why Castlevania doesn't bother me as much. There are some things that I'm a little iffy about, but I can ignore those feelings since the animation is nice.

It's funny now, but child me was like. D: I don't know why it makes fking weird Peewee Herman like sounds. o__O;

I did like that adult characters played a decent part in the story. It's a shame that hasn't been the case in more recent seasons of Digimon.

I heard that they did a more modern version of Superbook like 10 or so years ago. Though it looks like they drained all the soul out of it. There really isn't anything like the good old 80's anime aesthetic. Maybe I'm just being nostalgic though.

The times keep changing. So what is appropriate also seems to evolve. I grew up with some of the more questionable children's cartoons like Ren and Stimpy. I feel like parents now a days probably wouldn't let their kids watch that.

I personally am not too into the aesthetic and general vulgarity of a lot of adult oriented western cartoons like South Park and Family Guy. I think it's because of how serious subjects are handled? There are exceptions, but those exceptions tend to have an overall different vibe to them? A good example is Castlevania. It's so different that a lot of people confuse it for an anime. pfft

I think children's anime tends to handle death and such really well. I remember Digimon Tamers did an awesome job at dealing with grief and depression. Better than a lot of shows aimed at older audiences.

awww I remember Super Book. pfft It would be on when nothing else was so I remember watching it to pass the time.

I absolutely agree with you there. Animation has such a broad spectrum of genres and ratings. Lumping it all together is silly in a downright ignorant sort of way. A lot of older people seem to do this. I think it's because they associate cartoons with children. While anime does have plenty of great options for children. It's also got some stuff that even some adult would rather not see. hahaha Though that's part of why I love it so much. There is something for everyone's preferences.

I think my first anime were the Unico movies back in like 1989. They were made for children, but some of the concepts were mildly disturbing. pfft In the first one the antagonist was turning people to stone and using their bodies to build his castle. I don't remember what I thought about this as a child, but as an adult I'm like damn that's pretty dark, but kind of cool. lol...

A lot of ppl go private bcs they just don't care to make a profile but also care enough that the basic layout will be judged lmao
i never even think of anything special to do on my birthday bcs i'm not creative I saw a lady on twitter recently who's bf made like a massive batman event and s**t with riddles and i'm like how even i could never think of that kinda s**t then again i'm also not very arts and craft orientated.

I feel like they give u extra pizazz but it isn't really necessary
even if I tried to get my old profile made again i'd have to pay plat to someone lole
I don't even have the layout saved anymore i think smh very dumb for not atleast saving that part
My birthdays I usually have dinner with my parents and will invite friends along but my dad died last year so idk if my mom will still take me out
that's generally usually all i do for my birthdays not one to celebrate hardcore bcs eh i'm getting old birthdays aren't exciting anymore.
