Oh, yes, and aside from being Billy, I am also an inspired evil genius. If you hadn't of noticed in the above paragraph, I very much would like to rule this pitiful planet we call Earth. Seriously, I mean, this is all turning to chaos. Why do we humans continue to try and bring order around the world? It's...well, it's just...there's no way anyone will succeed to bring it all together. Oh, I wish I were the one to be in charge when it all goes to ruin. Anyways, the Evil League of Evil hasn't responded to my letter yet this year. I'm so close to getting into the League and finally meeting, my hero, Bad Horse.
